ELA’s mission is to help young people develop the most important assest – themselves. Through a variety of hands-on, engaging activities, our students and educators  take a “journey of self-discovery” and gain essential tools for success along the way. ELA programs cultivate traits and skills people need to succeed in the 21st century.
